In August 2025, Shuliy successfully helped a customer from Sierra Leone complete the installation and commissioning of the 계란 트레이 생산 기계. The customer is now running it in normal production. This project helps the customer reuse large amounts of waste paper for profit. It also shows Shuliy’s full customized solutions and reliable after-sales service, helping customers turn waste resources into profit.

Shuliy 솔루션
To meet the production needs of the customer in Sierra Leone, the Shuliy team provided a complete customized egg tray production solution. Engineers planned the production line layout based on the customer’s workshop space, raw material sources, and target output, recommending a 2500 pcs/h fully automatic egg tray making machine.
The whole production line uses waste paper as the main raw material and completes four processes—pulping, forming, drying, and packaging—achieving fully automated production from waste paper to finished egg trays. This solution not only saves labor costs but also greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
During installation, Shuliy’s technical team provided full guidance and commissioning services and trained the operators systematically, ensuring the customer can operate the equipment independently and start production smoothly.
