How the Quail Egg Tray Molding Machine Works?

The workflow can be simplified as: Waste paper → Pulping → Pulp suction forming → Demolding → Drying → Shaping → Packing

• Raw material pulping: Waste paper is shredded and mixed with water to form a uniform pulp, preparing for molding.
• Pulp suction forming: The mold is dipped into the pulp tank, and vacuum suction pulls the pulp onto the mold surface. This is the key process of the machine.
• Demolding and transfer: After forming, the wet trays are removed from the molds by pneumatic or mechanical means.
• Drying: Natural drying or drying equipment can be used.
• Counting, stacking, and packing: Automatic counting, stacking, and packing for easy transportation and sales.

If a smoother appearance and stronger strength are required, the dried quail egg trays can undergo a secondary hot pressing and shaping process.
