Coffee Cup Tray Machine Production Process

The production process generally includes five major steps:

Pulping

Waste paper is mixed with water and crushed into pulp. After impurities are filtered out, the pulp is stored in a pulp pool for use.

Forming

Pulp is vacuum-formed onto a mold to shape the coffee tray (such as 2-cup or 4-cup holders), then automatically demolded.

Drying

Wet trays are conveyed into a multi-layer dryer to be quickly dried and shaped.

Hot Pressing (Optional)

Hot pressing machines enhance the strength and smoothness of the trays, improving their appearance and structural integrity.

Stacking & Packing

Finished trays are automatically or manually stacked, counted, and packed for delivery.
