制浆系统主要包括设备：打浆机、均质机、供浆泵、振动筛、纸浆分解机。

• 成型系统

将供浆罐中搅拌均匀的纸浆泵入成型机。在真空系统的作用下，纸浆会留在设备模具的表面并迅速压成型。挤出的水会被真空泵吸走并重新流入水池。

成型的蛋托将通过空气压缩机由转移模具正压输出，成型产品将从成型模具吹到转移模具，部分由转移模具输送。

蛋托成型阶段常用的设备有：成型机、模具、真空泵、负压罐、水泵、空气压缩机、模具清洗机等。

• 干燥系统
