Le client vient de Sierra Leone et travaille dans le secteur de l'emballage alimentaire. Solution Shuliy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To meet the production needs of the customer in Sierra Leone, the Shuliy team provided a complete customized egg tray production solution. Engineers planned the production line layout based on the customer\u2019s workshop space, raw material sources, and target output, recommending a 2500 pcs\/h fully automatic egg tray making machine.<\/a><\/strong>
The whole production line uses waste paper as the main raw material and completes four processes\u2014pulping, forming, drying, and packaging\u2014achieving fully automated production from waste paper to finished egg trays. This solution not only saves labor costs but also greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
During installation, Shuliy\u2019s technical team provided full guidance and commissioning services and trained the operators systematically, ensuring the customer can operate the equipment independently and start production smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n
