Yes. Molds can be customized by cavity number, size, thickness, and egg type. Materials include aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or plastic. They fit the SL series.

The main materials are waste paper, cartons, and cardboard. They are recyclable. The overall cost is low and easy to calculate. No pre-crushing is required, as the pulping machine has a built-in crushing function.

Wet trays can be dried by a brick kiln, a multi-layer metal dryer, or a drying room. The choice depends on energy and budget.

Power matches output well. Energy use per tray is low. It is about 50% lower than common machines at the same output.
