Eierkarton-Trocknungsger\u00e4te<\/h3>    <p class=\"translation-block\">Wenn der Eierkarton geformt wird, enth\u00e4lt er viel Wasser. Daher muss das Produkt getrocknet werden, um es einfach lagern zu k\u00f6nnen. Es gibt haupts\u00e4chlich drei Trocknungsmethoden: nat\u00fcrliche Trocknung, Ziegeltrocknung und ein <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eggtraymaking.com\/de\/egg-tray-drying-equipment\/\">Metall-Bandtrockner<\/a><\/strong>. W\u00e4hlen Sie die geeignete Trocknungsmethode entsprechend der Kapazit\u00e4t. Sie k\u00f6nnen die nat\u00fcrliche Trocknung w\u00e4hlen, wenn die Kapazit\u00e4t unter 1500 St\u00fcck pro Stunde liegt. Metalltrocknerlinie: Diese Trocknungsmethode kann Kohle, Strom oder Gas als Brennstoff verwenden.<\/p>    <p>Anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnen die Zellstoffprodukte in recycelter Hei\u00dfluft getrocknet werden. Die Trocknungstemperatur kann 180-220 \u00b0C betragen. Dann wird mit einem Axiall\u00fcfter schnell Wasser abgesaugt. Unsere Trocknerlinie umfasst ein einlagiges Band und ein mehrlagiges Band, eine einzelne Trocknerlinie. Die L\u00e4nge der einzelnen Trocknerlinie betr\u00e4gt 42-45 Meter. Die doppellagige L\u00e4nge betr\u00e4gt 22-25 Meter.
