Vor der Bestellung besuchte der Kunde unsere Fabrik, um den Eierkartonproduktionsprozess zu inspizieren. Nach Vor-Ort-Tests, Ger\u00e4uschvergleichen und Formqualit\u00e4tskontrollen best\u00e4tigte der Kunde die Bestellung sofort. Da sich in der N\u00e4he Anwohner befinden, sind sie besonders an vier Schl\u00fcsselthemen interessiert:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Beeinflusst das Ger\u00e4usch des Luftkompressors die Umgebung.<\/li>    <li>Ob die vollautomatische Formmaschine reibungslos und leise arbeitet.<\/li>    <li>Unterst\u00fctzt die Formanpassung.<\/li>    <li>Die Genauigkeit der Eierkartongr\u00f6\u00dfe in der tats\u00e4chlichen Produktion.<\/li> <\/ul>    <p>Daher entschied sich der Kunde, unsere Fabrik in China f\u00fcr eine Vor-Ort-Inspektion zu besuchen. Shuliy begr\u00fc\u00dfte den Kunden herzlich und organisierte eine vollst\u00e4ndige Produktionslinienf\u00fchrung und Maschinentests.<\/p>    <figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images Gr\u00f6\u00dfen f\u00fcr die Inspektion durch den Kunden hergestellt.<\/li>    <li>Ger\u00e4uschtests f\u00fcr die gesamte Eierkartonmaschine und den Luftkompressor durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/li> <\/ul> class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gesamtsystem-Ger\u00e4uschtest<\/strong><\/h3>    <p>Eine Live-Demonstration der SL-4*1 kleinen Eierkartonformmaschine wurde in der Werkstatt arrangiert.<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Saug- und Materialabwurf- sowie Transferbewegungen waren reibungslos.<\/li>    <li>Pneumatischer Auslass war gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig, ohne abnormalen Vibrationen.<\/li>    <li>Der Kunde war sehr zufrieden mit dem niedrigen Ger\u00e4uschpegel und hielt ihn f\u00fcr vollst\u00e4ndig geeignet f\u00fcr seine Innenproduktionshalle.<\/li> <\/ul>   <div <\/ul>    <p>Der Kunde sch\u00e4tzte die Kunststoffformen besonders, da lokale Metallformen anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Korrosion sind.
